SPEAKER KRISTENSEN:  All provisions of law relative to procedure having been complied with, the question is, shall LB 1134 pass? All those in favor vote aye; all those opposed vote nay.  Members, while you're contemplating your vote on LB 1134, there are some guests of the Legislature.  Senator Vrtiska announces he has the following guests visiting the Legislature.  They are 22 senior students from Sterling High School with their teachers.  They are in the north balcony.  Would you please stand and be recognized by your Legislature.  Senator Dierks also has guests visiting the Legislature this morning.  It is a teacher with 17 students from Heinsberg, Germany.  It's an exchange program.  They are in the Spencer-Naper High School and they are in the north balcony.  Would you please all stand and be welcomed by the Nebraska Legislature.  Thank you everyone for being here.  Have you all voted?
